We’ve completely replaced the “engine” under the hood of the Popis 5 App. You might not notice the technical details, but you will definitely feel the difference while working:
- Instant Search: Searching for an asset is now immediate, whether you have 100 items or 50,000. Scrolling through long lists is smoother than ever.
- Real-Time Saving: Every time you scan a barcode, the data is permanently saved. Even if your battery dies or the app closes unexpectedly, your work is safe. Zero data loss, guaranteed.
✍️ Edit Data Directly in the App
Inventory audits aren’t just about counting; they are an opportunity to correct your records. Previously, if you found a chair in the wrong office, you had to write a note and fix it later in the back office.
Now, you can fix it right there in the app:
- Move Assets: Found an asset in the wrong room? Long-press the item and select “Change Location”.
- Update Responsibility: Assign the asset to the correct user or custodian immediately.
- Clear Visual Feedback: Any change you make turns Green 🟢, giving you a perfect overview of your corrections.
These changes are synchronized separately, ensuring your master data in the Cloud Portal is updated quickly and accurately.
🤖 Your Proactive Smart AI Assistant ✨
Our AI Assistant is now smarter and more helpful. It doesn’t just watch you work; it actively helps you solve problems. Look for the Gold Glow ✨ on notifications—this means you can take immediate action:
- One-Tap Fixes: Scanned an asset that belongs in a different room according to records? The AI will alert you and let you move it to your current location with a single tap.
- Handle Unknowns: Found a barcode not in the database? The AI instantly offers to help you add a note for the administrator, so nothing gets lost.
- The “Sprint Finish”: When you reach 75% completion of a room, the AI offers a shortcut to show only the missing items, helping you hunt them down faster.
- Smarter “SnapProof™”: When you finish a room perfectly (100%), the success notification now includes a dedicated Camera button, making it even easier to capture your proof-of-work photo.
🧭 Better Overview of Progress and Locations
Managing complex inventories requires seeing the big picture. We’ve redesigned two critical screens to give you better visibility:
- Smart Location Search: You can now filter locations by “Visited” or “Not Visited” and sort them by progress. This makes it incredibly easy to find rooms that still need attention.
- Modern Inventory Review: The review dashboard now features sticky headers, visual progress bars, and clear icons, giving you an instant health check of your entire audit.
