- Standard Barcode (Default) – Clean CODE128 with asset ID and name.

All templates are professionally designed and locked by default to maintain consistency—but you can unlock and customize them anytime, or create your own from scratch.

The printing workflow is lightning-fast:
For Individual or Bulk Assets:
- Browse your inventory list on the Portal.
- Click the print icon on any asset row or select a group of assets.
- Choose a template from the Print Labels dialog.
- Click “Print”.
- Save or print the instantly generated PDF.
For Bulk Location Labels:
- Navigate to your location tree.
- Select multiple rooms/zones with checkboxes.
- Click “Print Labels” in the toolbar.
- Preview all labels in one PDF.
- Send to printer—done!

🔐 Template Locking: Protect Your Standards
