Arrange Your Audit Your Way
You’re three hours into a warehouse audit. You’ve created pages for every zone—Ground Floor, Mezzanine, Cold Storage, Receiving Dock. But you created them in the order you thought you’d work, not the order you actually ended up working.
Starting with Popis 5.9, you can simply hold and drag.
- Reorder Pages: Long-press any tab and drag it left or right to slide it into the perfect position. Every auditor’s layout is saved independently, meaning your custom order won’t affect anyone else on your team.
- Reorder Scan Rows: Long-press any scanned row and drag it up or down using the convenient drag handle to quickly organize your list.
The Ultimate Safety Net: Undo Delete
Accidentally swiped and deleted a critical scan? Or worse, an entire page? Popis 5.9 introduces a life-saving Undo feature. When you delete a scan or a page, a notification appears allowing you to tap “UNDO” and instantly restore the data before it’s gone for good. Zero data loss, guaranteed.

Previously, loading a massive report or searching through a huge asset list could take time, occasionally causing timeouts on the largest datasets.
Popis 5.9 introduces a radically upgraded snapshot data engine behind the scenes. Pages and reports that used to make you wait now respond almost instantly. Searching, filtering, and scrolling through your largest inventories is now a seamless, fluid experience. If you manage enterprise-scale data (50,000+ items), the portal will feel like a completely new product with zero lag.
🔔 Portal: Background Exports & The Notification Center
Here is a scenario most managers have experienced: You click Export PDF on a massive inventory. The browser spins. You wait, unsure if it’s still running. You navigate away to check something else—and the progress is lost, forcing you to start over.
Popis 5.9 fixes this entirely.
Exports Run in the Background
When you generate a report or an ERP export, the portal immediately hands it off to our new background processing system. A small progress indicator appears, but you no longer have to stay on that page. Navigate to your dashboard, check the audit log, or open another inventory. Your export will keep running safely in the background.
The Notification Bell Remembers for You
We’ve added a Notification Bell to the top header of the portal. When your report is ready, the bell will show an unread badge, visible from any page. Click the bell to see:
- ✅ Completed reports with a simple Download button.
- ⏳ In-progress exports with a live progress bar.
- ❌ Failed exports with clear error messages.
Your Files Wait for You (Up to 3 Days)
Generated files are now securely saved for 3 days (up from 24 hours). Export a massive report on Friday afternoon, close your laptop, and come back on Monday morning. The bell will still be there, waiting for you to click Download.
🛡️ Portal: Smart Import with Preview & Validation
Importing data from your ERP should be safe and predictable. We’ve replaced the old “upload and hope” process with a robust Smart Import workflow for your CSV and Excel files.
Two-Step Verification
Before any data touches your database, Popis now provides a comprehensive preview of your file.
- Validation: The system instantly highlights duplicate codes, missing required fields, and warns you about unknown locations or empty values.
- Control: Choose to fix the file and re-upload, or simply check a box to skip rows with errors and import only the valid data.
With our new transactional guarantees, imports are entirely safe—you will never be left with a partially imported file or broken data.
