When you complete a location (100% scanned), your AI Assistant will now celebrate your progress with a fireworks confetti explosion 🎉 and offer you the chance to capture a SnapProof.
Why does this matter? It’s not just about the celebration. It is about trust. A SnapProof photo serves as an indisputable visual record that a room was not only scanned but also organized and verified.
How it works:
- Finish a Location: Reach 100% global audit progress for any room or zone.
- AI Celebration: The AI FAB turns Gold and invites you to take a “SnapProof.”
- Capture & Auto-Overlay: Take a photo of the tidy room or the verified assets. The app instantly burns a high-impact, professional data overlay onto the image.
- Boast-Worthy Reporting: The resulting image looks like a magazine cover for your audit, featuring:
- 📍 Large, bold Location Name.
- 📊 Real-time Global Stats (e.g., 54/54 Assets Verified).
- 👑 A “100% VERIFIED” badge for perfect audits.
- 👤 Auditor Identity & Timestamp for accountability.
You can save these images directly to your gallery or share them instantly via WhatsApp, Email, or Slack as a “Daily Success Report.”
📜 Never miss a beat: Notification History
We also recently introduced a feature that many of you asked for: Notification History.
The AI Assistant is constantly giving you tips—suggesting the next best location to visit, warning about duplicates, or praising your pace. But sometimes, these messages fly by while you’re busy scanning.
Now, you can long-press the AI FAB at any time to open your full notification history. Review every suggestion and system warning with a precise timestamp to ensure your audit stays on track.

- Interactive Help: We’ve added (i) info buttons next to complex settings like Samba and GS1. Tap them for a detailed explanation of how to configure your hardware.
