📋 Asset Register
The new Asset Register shows permanent assets regardless of which inventory they appeared in. Search by code, external ID, or name, apply filters, and open the profile of an individual asset.
The register connects an asset’s permanent identity with its latest known inventory data. Inventory still determines what was counted, where, and in what quantity, while lifecycle information remains attached to the asset.
🛡️ Warranties and Documents
Add purchase information, warranties, invoices, manuals, insurance policies, and service reports to an asset profile. Everything remains connected to the asset after an inventory closes and into the following year.
When a warranty approaches expiry, Popis alerts you in the portal and, if you choose, by email.
🔧 Maintenance and Inspections
For assets with recurring obligations, schedule inspections, calibrations, or servicing. The portal shows upcoming and overdue work, while completed work can be recorded together with its report or certificate.

The timeline brings together inventory appearances, locations, warranties, documents, and completed maintenance. When you need an asset’s history, you no longer have to search through old inventories, folders, and spreadsheets.
